Nicolette T. Beuther

Nicolette T. Beuther is a litigation associate, who first joined Ford O'Brien Landy LLP as an intern during law school. Nicolette holds a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in Queens, New York, where she graduated in the Spring of 2019, and served as an Article Editor on the editorial board of the New York International Law Review and as a Teaching Assistant for Contracts Negotiation and Lawyering.

At Ford O'Brien Landy LLP, Nicolette mainly focuses on white collar criminal defense, regulatory defense, and commercial and securities litigation. Nicolette assisted the firm in preparation for a nine-week jury trial of securities fraud, and is happy to be back working as an associate on more investor fraud cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicolette obtained experience in business compliance and regulation, interning with the general counsel of Pfizer facilitating Mergers and Acquisitions. Additionally, Nicolette has experience with criminal prosecutions after interning in both the Queens and Kings County District Attorney's Offices working on criminal Homicide trials and investigations. Nicolette also has experience in contract drafting, after assisting the CEO of Credo Sports in redlining NBA conditioning coach contracts.

Nicolette received her undergraduate degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, in both law and English literature in 2016.

In her spare time, Nicolette enjoys cooking Italian meals and taking long runs along the Hudson River near her home in Jersey City.
