Ife represents individuals and entities in white collar criminal matters, internal investigations, antitrust matters, securities litigation and complex civil litigation. Ife’s practice includes federal and state litigation. In Ife’s practice, he has represented individuals and entities in investigations and matters instituted by the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, U.S. Attorney’s Offices, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other state agencies. Ife has also represented clients in pro bono matters. Ife has significant experience involving investigations, subpoena responses, government and witness interviews as well litigating white collar matters in court on behalf of clients. In his civil litigation practice, Ife has participated in all phases of litigation from pre-trial negotiations and strategy to drafting complaints, answers, responses, and motions.

Prior to joining Ford O’Brien Landy, Ife was an associate in the New York City Office of a large international law firm. Before that, Ife served as a law clerk to the Honorable Zahid N. Quraishi in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and was a litigation associate at a regional law firm in New Jersey.

Ife earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. while there, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, a member of the moot court team, and participated in clinics. Ife also attended Marist College where he earned a degree in political science.
