Working Here

Ford O’Brien Landy LLP offers unparalleled opportunities to work on cutting-edge, sophisticated, and diverse matters from a junior level. We strive to create an energetic and supportive working environment where we encourage and expect full engagement by every member of a case team. Case teams are typically small and fully collaborative. To embrace this philosophy, we chose to set up our office as a bull-pen, where lawyers and staff work together, allowing for the free-flowing exchange of ideas and creative thinking. We love what we do, and we all take ownership and pride in the firm that we have created and continue to build. While we have three offices – New York, Austin, and Miami – we work as a single firm.

While the firm strives to maintain a deliberate and careful trajectory of growth, we are always looking for lawyers with an entrepreneurial mindset who share our commitment to providing insightful and assertive representation to clients facing prosecutorial and regulatory scrutiny, as well as those involved in complex commercial disputes.

Lawyers with a minimum of two years of legal experience are encouraged to apply.

How To Apply

Interested candidates for the New York, Austin, and Miami offices should email a cover letter, resume, and writing sample to the firm’s Managing Attorney Katherine Jaskot ([email protected]). Applicants with fewer than six full years of post-law-school experience should also provide a copy of their law school transcript.
