Izabela Sharm

Izabela Sharm joined Ford O’Brien Landy LLP in January 2022. As an HR Director, she is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s HR strategy, policies, and initiatives, focusing on employee satisfaction, organizational growth, and a positive workplace culture.

Prior to moving to the U.S., Izabela Sharm has worked as an IR development manager at a private university in her hometown – Tbilisi, Georgia, where she was responsible for establishing, and developing collaborative links with the foreign educational institutions, and representing her employer in various international conventions.
