Rene Becerra, an Austin native, joined Ford O’Brien Landy LLP in 2024 after graduating from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications. Rene began her career in the legal field in 2018 after attaining an associate degree in paralegal studies. With experience in criminal defense, personal injury, civil, and veteran law, Rene supports our attorneys through meticulous document review, adept drafting, and case management.
Beyond the legal realm, Rene enjoys writing music, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and claymation. However, her greatest joy lies in the great outdoors, where she explores the natural beauty of Texas alongside her beloved golden retriever, Brucie, through hiking and camping adventures.
