“Mr. Chang is not on trial for longstanding narcotics trafficking or gang activity,” said Jamie Solano of Ford O’Brien Landy LLP‘s New York office.
“The Government’s actions are unreasonable, and suppression is appropriate under the Fourth Amendment,” Chang’s lawyers said.
